We have just enjoyed a wonderful 15 days trip to Cambodia. This was the first time we’ve used a company to help us organize a holiday and we’re so pleased we did! We were allocated Lily, a beautiful Cambodian lady, who  helped us put together an itinerary including places we had in mind, but also utilizing her local knowledge and expertise to make sure we included so many things we hadn’t even heard of to make it a perfect trip we’ll never forget! Lily had endless patience an she gave suggestions and ideas based on our budget and wish list. All our hotels were outstanding, not just in quality, but service too.

Communication was excellent. Prompt, helpful and friendly. Ultimately, via Whatsapp once in  Cambodia. Lily and her team kept in contact with us for the entire trip to ensure everything ran like clockwork. Nothing was too much trouble, and all drivers and guides were prompt and delightful! We learned so much over the 2 weeks about Cambodian life and culture, we would not hesitate to recommend based on this experiences with the wonderful Lily and her efficient team. Thank you so much!

In summary, I can only say that everyone had a great time on the trip and that it was simply perfect, with the exception of the hot, oppressive weather, for which of course no one can be blamed.

My experience has once again confirmed that small, owner-managed companies, such as the one you work for, are simply better and more personal because there is someone there who is interested in ensuring that customers are satisfied and because the employees then also orient themselves more towards this philosophy.

So one had the feeling all around and at all times that everyone was doing their best to make us feel comfortable.

The hotels were great, the tour guide was top-notch, and the other staff we met in Siem Reap were also extremely friendly.

Wir, eine fünfköpfige Familie mit drei Teenagern, wollten die Sicherheit eines europäischen Ansprechpartners kombiniert, mit der Kompetenz lokale Anbieter und der Flexibilität individuell auf unsere Reisewünsche eingehen zu können: das haben wir hier vollkommen gefunden. Great trip in Cambodia , fantastic hotels and resorts and great excursions and guides. Great communication every day and one of the best vacations we ever had.

Wir haben die Reise sehr genossen wegen der perfekten Organisation und Betreuung, nicht zuletzt aber auch wegen der zugewandten, freundlichen und lebensbejahenden Mentalität der Menschen in Kambodscha. Vielen Dank an Doris, die alle unsere Vorstellungen in ein faszinierendes Programm in Siem Reap, Phnom Penh, Koh Rong und Kampot umgesetzt hat. Vielen Dank an Cambodian Travel Partners und hier insbesondere an André und Kanha für die Organisation vor Ort, die persönliche Begrüßung in Siem Reap und die Rund-um-die-Uhr-Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr gut begleitet und betreut gefühlt. Alle Führer / Fahrer haben uns immer pünktlich abgeholt und engagiert und kompetent in deutscher bzw. englischer Sprache durch die Sehenswürdigkeiten geführt und sind auf unsere Wünsche und Fragen stets ausführlich eingegangen. Kleine Herausforderungen wurden souverän gemeistert (liebste Aussage: Everything under control :-)).

Cambodian Travel Partner assisted in part of our private Thailand-Cambodia trip. We only had a short stay, but everything was well arranged: assistance at the border crossing, local transport and a full day Temple tour. We had a great first impression of Cambodia, also thanks to Cambodia Travel Partner. Special mentioning Vatana (and her colleagues) who were available in a WhatsApp group 24/7.

Unsere Reise war perfekt organisiert, alles hat super geklappt. Dies gilt sowohl für die Reiseplanung als auch für die Durchführung vor Ort mit der lokalen Agentur. Es war alles so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben – wir waren rundherum zufrieden.

Die Reise war perfekt organisiert. Es gab viel zu sehen außerhalb des „ Mainstreams“ . Die lokale Reiseagentur war kompetent, immer erreichbar, und konnte auch meine spontanen Wünsche erfüllen . Und haben sich persönlich mit mir getroffen und während der ganzen Reise den Kontakt zu mir gehalten. Das war für mich, die ich schon viel in der Welt herumgekommen bin, eine neue und wertvolle Erfahrung.

Yesterday we arrived in Germany. It is cold here, 10°.
Once again I would like to thank you for organizing such amazing holidays for us. We had unforgetable days in Cambodia. Especially the region around Siem Reap is fantastic, the historical sites, the very friendly people and our guide Ly. This was certainly the very highlight of our journey.
The days in Thailand were quite nice to relax and swim. Unfortunately we die not find this in Cambodia.
If any of our friends or collegues will plan to travel to Cambodia, we will recommend you very much.
