In summary, I can only say that everyone had a great time on the trip and that it was simply perfect, with the exception of the hot, oppressive weather, for which of course no one can be blamed. My experience has once again confirmed that small, owner-managed companies, such as the one you work for, are simply better and more personal because there is someone there who is interested in ensuring that customers are satisfied and because the employees then also orient themselves more towards this philosophy. So one had the feeling all around and at all times that everyone was doing their best to make us feel comfortable. The hotels were great, the tour guide was top-notch, and the other staff we met in Siem Reap were also extremely friendly. Many thanks again to you all for this!
